Lifetime Warranty
Mintro proudly offers a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of all Mintro-branded products. We guarantee that our products will remain free from defects in material, workmanship, UV degradation, and frost-related fractures for the life of the product, provided they are properly used, well maintained, and used exclusively for personal, residential purposes.
This warranty applies only to original Mintro composite products. It does not cover attached hardware or non-Mintro components, which are covered by a statutory 2-year warranty.
What Is Covered
If a manufacturing defect occurs during the product’s lifetime, please contact Mintro customer service or email us directly. Once we receive valid proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the defect, we will provide a free replacement of the defective product or component.
Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT+1, UK time).
We aim to respond promptly upon receiving your message and will arrange follow-up support as soon as possible.
We are committed to providing reliable products and thoughtful after-sales service to every customer.
Please note:
Shipping, delivery charges, and any third-party service or installation costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the affected product is no longer in production, Mintro reserves the right to offer a replacement of similar style, color, and value.
Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
If the original style or color is discontinued, we will provide the closest available alternative.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Depending on your location, you may have other rights under local consumer protection laws.
The following are not covered under this warranty:
Damage caused by natural disasters or intentional misuse or vandalism;
Any form of fire damage or heat-related marks;
Corrosion or rusting of hardware;
Damage caused by exceeding maximum weight capacity;
Frost-related fractures, unless the following drainage conditions are met and photo proof is provided:
The drainage plug has been removed.
The drainage hole is located at the bottom of the planter.

Returns & Delivery

You are welcome to request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your item. We simply ask that all returned items are in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
